Dining with my vegetarian friend...we started with Seasonal Burrata - artichoke, asparagus, fava bean, caramelized onion vinaigrette, grilled bread. Every bite a taste sensation.
My friend had the Pesto Pasta w Tofu - roasted mushrooms, marinated pepper, artichoke, asparagus, parmesan, cilantro pumpkin seed pesto. Large portion of pasta in a Pesto sauce.
She opted for extra sauce on the side for more creaminess.
I ordered the Korean Noodle Bowl with Tofu - sweet potato glass noodle, pickled shiitake, organic spinach, carrot, bean sprout, Chef Matt's Magical Dust. Sweet potato noodles swimming in a lightly spicy sauce. Typically I order food with meat but I wanted to allow her to have a taste as well.
Great food, great service! Large outdoors seating.
