The team at Tentworld tweed go above and beyond to help you out. We came in Friday afternoon minutes before closing time with a tent emergency, not only did they save our camping trip but they didn’t make us feel rushed to get out of the store and did everything to help us out. My go to for anything camping. They stock heaps of gear and the staff knowledge on products is 10/10. I have purchased everything from fridges, coolers, power setups, sleeping bags, cooking equipment and more. There hasnt been a single item they havnt been able to give a heap of information about to help choose the right product which is handy as there is nothing more annoying going off grid and having the wrong gear. Prices are also great. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Tentworld Tweed Heads. We had an accident with our gazebo and in the wet weather were desperate for a spare part so our house didn’t fall down. Great store with a really good range, from budget to top shelf brands. The prices on some things are better than eBay the rest are very close but with the advantage of having it that day. This is my new go to hiking and camping store for sure!

Great customer service!! Phoned TW hunting down a roof top tent that seemed to be sold out everywhere, Sales Man - Remi promptly searched around and secured the last one in the warehouse for me and also went above and beyond to contact the supplier for the special order annex we required. Total time for tent and annex purchase with back and fourth phone calls was less than an hour and we'll have our gear with plenty of time before X-mas. Thanks Tent World - we are very happy campers! :)

These guys are as helpful as you can possibly get. First shopped here 5 years ago and each year we come back to update our gear. Went back there recently (November 2019) to buy some replacement poles for our OZ tents, they had everything in stock, including replacement parts for the whole range.
Staff are outstanding, know their products and always happy to give you tips and help with any questions on product or new kit. Huge range of quality camping gear at the best prices, they will price match and often better the competitors. Happy to spend the time to review such a well run business, customer service is as good as it gets at Tent World Tweed Heads South.

We purchased our first caravan a year ago and since that time we have bought all that we need at Tentworld South Tweed. The minute you walk in the door there is someone there to help you and show you options. Their service is fantastic. I wouldn’t shop elsewhere. Even though you can buy so much online these days, I think it’s important to shop locally and support a business that provides great service.

I live in Ipswich, and was looking for a now extinct Darche Nebula 2400, unfortunately my local store didnt have one, Toowoomba did have one, but were very rude, and flat out refused to set up the tent for me before purchase. So I contacted these guys, when asked if they would mind setting up the tent for me to see, they said "Sure, anything we can do to help". I drove down straight away, saw, and purchased! So refreshing to get great service!!!! Keep it up guys! You rock!!
