Excellent customer service! Tweed area is definitely lacking in that department. Friendly and know their products. Good range of products catering to different price ranges with plenty of choice. NOT GOOD AT RETURNS I HAVE SINCE DISCOVERED. CAMP EZE PORTABLE TOILET IS NOTHING MORE THAN A POTTY WITH A SPRAY NOZZLE. BROKE WITHIN 2 WEEKS. MADE TO FEEL LIKE A GRUB TRYING TO RETURN IT. NEVER AGAIN.

Fantastic shop with a very surprising range. Visited after BCF across the road and was amazed by the competitive prices. The staff was very helpful when I returned and exchanged a product because I selected the wrong one, even without a receipt but a electronic banking receipt. I will be a returning customer for certain.

So true! The staffs friendliness, helpfulness and product knowledge plus the shop floor is immaculate rivals any shop I've been to in a long time nothing is too much from showing you how to set up your product, one staff member drew me a diagram of how to set up my new tarp over my tent. Tentworld Tweed Heads is my number one camping shop.

Best customer service I've ever received. Went in with a broken beach tent pole looking for a replacement, and the staff rallied round to fix it for us as they didn't have the same pole available. Graeme did a fantastic job fixing the pole, can't thank him enough as we were then able to use our beach tent this afternoon. Thanks so much Graeme and staff!

And I could spend my $2000 on a generator just about anywhere, but I chose Tentworld Tweed for these reasons:
Adam (store manager) was by far the most knowledgeable regarding product knowledge and specifications on the machines and comparable machines. It becomes clear quickly that he knows his range thoroughly.
All of his staff - Graeme, Nikki, Kieran - are professional and care about service and satisfied customers. There's a warmth and cohesion to this team that as a female buying RV gear, is much, much appreciated. Tentworld Tweed is my go-to because of their product range, ability to problem-solve and information-share and their patient professionalism.

Tweed Heads Tentworld are tops. Following a long & disappointing wait for an order from a camping store in country NSW that just never arrived after 3 weeks, I contacted Tweed Heads Tentworld. 'Adam' was extremely helpful, knowledgable & keen to solve our problem. He understood our frustration and disappointment with our ordering experience and promptly arranged for our goods to be ready ASAP. This was unbelievable as we had chased up the other store and phoned up so many times. At one stage the store suggested we had actually cancelled our order!! Whereas with Tweed Heads Tentworld all it took was an initial phonecall, and needless to say, ..... we now have our gear and are happy campers. Thanks 'Adam' & Tweed Heads Tentworld.

I ordered 8 of the Ultra Rig 36" X 36" heavy duty tarps. They were delivered in separate batches, which was fine as it was a big order. I was contacted by tent world and was given the courtesy of being told about the freight arrangements which I found fantastic. The product is great, we use them as heavy duty sump liners for drilling operations. The service was great and I received the goods in very timely manner. I will be using this service again. One of the reps from Tentworld called me back after I left an enquiry on their web site (often get let down with these "contact us" buttons). He spent 30 min on the phone talking through what I wanted/needed. Even talked me out of buying one item as I didn't really need it. Shipment turned up in a timely manner and despite having one item on backorder they expressed it so I would get it in time for my next camping trip. Would recommend, and will use again.
