Great variety and competitive pricing. Five stars for that. But customer service was terrible. I was trying to shop with 4 children. It was so hot inside the shed. One nice lady set me up with a fan while I was feeding my baby. But apart from that it was sneers and snide remarks. At one point I was told I couldn't get customer service as they were so busy on the phones that they couldn't help me. No discount for floor stock when they had nothing else available. Every inquiry was met with almost a grunt.
Much prefer BCF with air con and tolerance towards children.

Tent world has a great range of products but you can go to any tent world. I didn't find the staff at this one particularly helpful. There weren't many customers and we didn't get a lot of help. They seem a little unmotivated. We spent over $300 there and they didn't even help take it to the car with 3 staff members and no other customers. We had to make two trips. Would rather have spent the money elsewhere but didn't have time. Just up your customer service and it would have been much more enjoyable.

Big range of camping gear if you're into the kind of camping that doesn't involve actually going somewhere without a car and a "5* hotel in a tent" with all the high end gizmos. But if you're looking for equipment to stock up on some "camping" trip that requires a trailer to carry all your gear, or really fancy outdoor living... They've got stuff.
Not so much suitable for lightweight camping, hiking or serious minimalistic living in nature.

great product however it took 6 working days to arrive whereas I was under the impression it would take 3-4 working days. Unfortunately it didn't arrive in time for my camping trip :(
