We found SamIvy out of pure desperation. My puppy was reactive and we had a hit a major wall. The household environment was tense as we have had prior dogs before and all of them were easy to train and easy going. It was utterly heartbreaking because our dog for sure had amazing potential. When Gina with SamIvy stepped in the results were definite and immediate. My family and I are so grateful for Gina and are very fortunate to have her in our lives.
Now, my dog can enter into unknown situations and crowds and be focused on me. People want to interact with her and the number one compliment we received is how calm and polite our dog is.
I know their may be many hesitations in the program. My my family and i did share our fears and concerns before we started, but if you go forward with this program, trust in the system and put in the work, you will have the forever companion you want. I cannot recommend SamIvy and especially Gina enough as it has been life changing!

If I can write an essay about my experience, i probably would but Im going to keep it shorter for the sake of your eyes and time .
My dog’s name is Belle , when I first got her , she was a very anxious and reactive dog , I have paid multiple apps to train her and online courses as well , they all helped in certain ways but it didn’t solve the root of the problems which is her anxiety and reactivity .
I was so frustrated and exhausted at the same time that I couldn’t even take a nice relaxed walk with her , at my very last threshold before I gave up , I decided to seek professional help .
I have trust issues with people who are handling my dogs , so I prefer to handle my dogs on my own , after few back and forth comparison we decided to go with SamIvy and Gina .
This experience has changed the relationship between my dog Belle and I ( I have struggled of connecting with her ) , it has changed our entire family .
From her couldn’t walk 5 min , barking for hours and hours , couldn’t settle down , growling , freaking out with every little things surrounded her to now she is my service dog and she goes everywhere with me calmly .
Gina goes above and beyond for us , answers my questions outside of her working hours even sometimes its late at night , during the sessions , she always shows up professionally and endless patience, compassion , encouragement, sympathy and also with a strong leadership when I’m defeated , I am a person who also has a stronger personality, when I am confused, I really needed someone to stand up with confidence tell me this is what you need to you be assertive with it , that’s the first impression I had with Gina , I felt honestly relieved that someone is so confident with their work and it gave me even more hope than I thought initially.
I remember I texted Gina after first session that I was able to walk Belle without me crying during the walk , the transformation continues week by week , month by month , not only she provided me the tools I can use to deal with problems on my own but still continuously helping on the side .
So we have a second puppy Bubbles , the skill we learned that applies to the second puppy right away from the moment we got home in the car and Gina already sent us a puppy routine one week ahead for us , it has been a smooth transition for our family and the new puppy .
Now we are continuing finishing up our younger one’s program.
This entire process, this program , our trainer Gina has changed our life and our family and relationships among 4 of us , sometimes I feel like I’m in disbelief how my reactive dog changed to such a calm dog , she still has her challenges and we will continue work with her . Our entire family is grateful, we get compliments of how well behaved our dogs are , so many neighbors and friends want to join as well .
If you commit to it , with your consist work , you can have a lifetime long beautiful companionship more than you think.

SamIvy and their process has been incredible for my family and dogs. I have seen my extremely reactive dog flourish and develop into a wonderful companion that is well behaved and a total blessing to have in my life. Their methodology has helped me to better understand how to handle and involve my dog in complex interactions that before would not seem possible. I am so grateful for everything, especially Gina and can never truly describe the impact she has had on both my life and my dog. If you are on the fence about SamIvy i would advise you to commit fully to the training experience and lessons and you will get the results you wanted.

We are very happy with team Sam Ivy, our trainer. Holly is amazing. She is always on time, very positive, and very accommodating to our schedule. She’s very patient, and explains things very well. She always makes sure we have a full understanding of the command and the reason for it. Our dog has learned so much In a very short time.
A lot of people might be leery of Zoom an
online training. It is actually so easy and very
effective. It Works out very well for us. We can have our zoom meeting anywhere that we can get connected. That is a big plus for us. If we’re on the road, we can still do our session.
Another advantage is your sessions are videotaped so you can always go back and review.
