Holli was such an exceptional trainer. I was losing hope on dealing with my dog Maizie’s aggression but once I started training with Holli, I received the knowledge and tools I needed to gain control over the situation and it’s been a breeze. Setting up simple boundaries and creating a new everyday routine has helped her become the sweet girl I know she is. Maizie wouldn’t even go on walks anymore, but now she gets excited and is ready to go every time. I love that we incorporated obedience training as well so that she can have a little fun, get some stimulation, and enjoy all her treats! I’m so proud of how far my girl has come and I owe it all to Sam Ivy training and my trainer Holli!

We had a very tough time with Rosie and her temper with other dogs and visitors. The training has taught me how to deal with her and to teach her, I'm the boss and not her. The training was very instructional and the trainer went at my pace and understanding. Thank You to Nate.

Sam Ivy saved me! When I found Sam Ivy, I was desperate. I didn't think I was going to be able to keep Buckley; he was destroying things, eating the couch, not potty trained, and being a terror around the house. I was struggling to help him on my own, so I went to the Internet to find someone who could tell me what to do and how to help Buckley. I found Sam Ivy and set up a consultation. Enzo Gonzales made me feel like there was hope for Buckley with Sam Ivy. He helped me to see that there was a good dog in Buckley; I just needed a little help accessing it. He then got me set up with my trainer, Holli Kepschull, and she was a godsend! Not only was she very informative and helpful, she also was kind, patient, and willing to move forward at my and Buckley's pace. Holli gave lots of praise for me and Buckley on the good days, and helped us move on through the tough days. She helped me turn Buckley's most challenging behaviors around, and he has made so much progress in so little time! He is truly a new dog thanks to Sam Ivy, one that I can keep and continue to love! THANK YOU SAM IVY!

We have a 6 year old Lab service dog. He is very smart, learns tasks readily, and is well behaved. We started having behavioral issues: pulling when walking, window guarding, barking when we passed dogs in our car to name a few. We were overwhelmed when he started having trouble walking past certain breeds of other dogs. All these behaviors had been escalating after he and my husband had aggressive encounter with a pit bull on a walk and our pup was bit in another encounter with a Swiss mountain dog. We reached out to Sam Ivy for help. We were assigned a trainer named Gina. She was a great tutor. The remote virtual session were wonderful. We had trained with trainers extensively for service dog training. We always experienced our pup working well with the trainer but taking much longer to learn when working afterwards with us. The remote concept puts you in charge of the training, being guided by the remote trainer. It was an excellent fit. In less that 6 weeks, meeting twice a week, we had the behaviors well in hand. Our pup was once again looking to us for guidance and decisions rather than trying to protect us at every turn. We learned some new valuable skills and have found life is back to a more even keel. We are on the west coast. Our trainer was on the east coast. She readily adjusted her schedule to meet our needs. If you need help with your pup I would strongly recommend the trainers of Same Ivy, especially Gina, to get you and your pup on the right track.
