My goldendoodle Rocky was biting, jumping, and taking over. We seeked help from Sam Ivy and results were immediate. Our trainer Emily was kind, VERY patient, and supportive of us and our dog. Within a few classes our dog was learning the correct way to behave. I won't lie and say the journey wasn't hard but with time you will recieve the respect you deserve from your dog. Emily even gave us help with grooming, and how to take our dog to public places. He listens to the word "NO," and knows right from wrong. This is thanks to Sam Ivy's training, and Emily's guidance. Thank you so much Emily, - Rocky and the Mesidor family

When Sam Ivy takes you and your dog on as clients, they really commit. I've been training my dog with them since last summer, and they've really been there for me through every victory, every setback, everything. They've kept my spirits up when I feel hopeless about a problem we're having, and then they guide me through to find the solution. The balanced training tools and methods we've learned have brought us leaps and bounds forward in my dog's behavior as well as our bond. Their Zoom sessions are really convenient and effective, and those sessions are recorded and uploaded for reference later. Clients are provided a tripod and encouraged to film their practice sessions so the trainers can give feedback. Sessions are one-on-one so that the trainer can really focus on your dog and your needs. I can't recommend them enough.

Our dog Bandit has food aggression issues and resource guarded certain items. He also played a vicious game of grabbing items and playing keep away. Our trainer Miguel worked with us and provided us with the tools to curb the aggression and teach Bandit how to respect us as the pack leaders. I admire Miguel's knowledge of dogs and his understanding of their primal habits. Miguel taught us how to get into the mindset of a dog and become the pack leader. Within days and over the course of our training, Bandit transitioned into a different dog. He became more submissive and obedient. But frankly, the real training occurred with us humans. We are likely to enroll Bandit in the off leash training once we master the entry level obedience and aggression. Miguel, you are the best my friend! Thank you!

I was paired with Holli as my trainer and can I just say WOW!!! She has completely reshaped my home in a matter of weeks. I noticed a difference with my boys instantly. I have a pit bull and a Belgian malinios who were reactive to each other, and even to men. They had absolutely no leash manners, I struggled every day doing simple tasks with them. They couldn’t even be on opposite sides of doors without reacting to each other. My dogs are able to coexist in the same room in their designated spots no issues, I’m able to walk them without reactivity to men, and we are even working on service dog training. Holli is by far the best trainer we could have gotten and I will recommend her through and through to anyone that asks. She is down to earth, understanding, blunt, and will hold YOU, and your dogs accountable when needed. I swear by samivy and I swear by Holli !! ❤️
