While this guy here may look like an angel, I assure you he was not! Getting a pup at 10 months old is no joke. I thought day care was the answer and he was expelled. I felt frustrated and somewhat hopeless about my new pup and I. So I reached out to sam ivy. I was matched with Holli for a trainer. Holli has been amazing- she is so patient, understanding, and encouraging. She is also very knowledgable about the training. She makes sure i understand why we are doing things which is what helps me use their training techniques. We are 6 sessions in and my pup I are so much better off. Other people have noticed as well which makes me feel like a proud mom. I 100% would recommend Holli and Sam Ivy to anyone who wants any kind of dog (or people) training!!!

Holly is amazing! We have been to multiple trainers for Charlie's behavioral needs and Holly understood, listened, and was empathetic to Charlie's and our needs. From our first introduction zoom call with Enzo, we knew that this organization would be a perfect fit for us. Holly was encouraging on the days we needed additional support and pushed us to be the best dog owners that we could be. Our lives have forever changed due to the training that Holly has provided for us. We are forever grateful that we found Sam Ivy. They are a lifelong resource that we have. Sam Ivy came highly recommended to me from a friend. I was a little reluctant to do a virtual program but after my consultation with Brett it seemed like the perfect fit. He was very informative and listened to my needs and suggested the perfect trainer to work with me and Cairo.
Cairo is a very energetic and intelligent Shiba Inu that initially was a bit of a challenge. I’ve owned and trained many dogs and I felt I needed a little extra help with this one. We were paired with Holli and her furry co-worker Brodie and we hit it off right away. Cairo’s progress has been remarkable and he is well on his way to being a fantastic service dog. Holli has guided me and provided me with incredible knowledge and support. The virtual aspect has been super easy and I highly recommend the program.
