Hi, I cant say enough about Sam Ivey K-9 consultants. We worked hand and hand with Thuylinh Nguyen who is amazing. I have a very sweet 8 year old Shepard/ American dingo mix who aggressively barked at anything that moved outside her yard as well as if she seen another dog you would think she was trying to attack it. As well as a 12 month old large and very nearotic 12 month old German Shepard who was impossible to walk. Through 12 training sessions my dogs have transformed into well behaved dogs. I have been taught how to properly handle a leash as well as correct and give praise to my girls. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Thuylinh Nguyen

Amazing experience! My dog's philosophy is that every canine and human is simply a friend I haven't met yet. Wonderful, but very hard to keep him in line. I was fighting him and "being walked" all the time. After 12 sessions with Sam Ivy, I literally have a new dog, and am so excited. I had no idea virtual/online training could be so effective. I hesitated that a Zoom call could help me train my obstinate, stubborn 9 year old Basset Hound. But the transformation was incredible. He's literally a different dog. I can take him with me on the Riverwalk, to babysit my niece or anywhere else. If you are at the end of your rope with your pup, definitely give these guys a call. They were incredibly professional and respectful and helpful. Thank you!!!

Over the past 6 weeks I've worked with trainer Nate on my Swiss Shepherd.
Prior to our training, we avoided taking her on walks in public where we would run the risk of seeing even one other person or animal, as she would bark on leash wanting to interact with everyone.
Given her size and menacing growl, we didn't want to have her frightening anyone.
Since graduating from the first on-leash course, we can now take our Shepherd out walking around the neighborhood without worry & we are slowly introducing her to more and more populated areas while practicing her commands.
It truly is a night and day difference & there's plenty of room to grow.
We could not be happier with our training with Nate.
The above is only one of the improvements we've seen as a result from our training.
I want to emphasize that all of the training was done virtually, and it truly is a partnership where you have to put in the effort to gain the benefits you're looking for.
If you invest your time accordingly, you will most certainly see the benefits.
Will be returning soon for the advanced course and off-leash training.
