Wow! We were at wits end when we started our journey with Sam Ivy, so I’m so happy to broadcast what a great partner they have been to get our “rotten child” on track. Our 2.5lb. Poodle, Mocha, barked every time my husband entered a room, spoke or moved. Every attempt we made to stop his was ignored. Then Gina showed us how to make him recognize he was just a member of the pack. As I’ve told everyone who knows the struggles we have gone through with Mocha, this was the best money we’ve ever spent! He is less anxious and responds to commands, all thanks to Gina! I highly recommend their training!

Holli Kepshull was excellent. We came to her because our dog was developing fear aggression, which needed to be nipped in the bud before it blossomed beyond fear-based growling. Holli provided the training and knowledge to us to develop us into competent leaders to whom our dog now looks for guidance. Holli understands and clearly communicates the nuances of the processes and dog psychology, which facilitated transforming our rescue dog into a respectful and fun family member. Thank you so very much.

My husband and I (first time dog owners) rescued Vino, a 6 month old female (half husky with some Staffordshire terrier, Pitbull, & Boston terrier) in May of this year. The only history we knew of was that the police were called to a house and they ended up confiscating 9 puppies and brought them into the shelter. Vino was terrified in the shelter and terrified when we brought her home. She would not leave her crate for the first two weeks, then once we moved her crate in our room she would hide under the bed (shaking) so we couldn't reach her. We decided to get a dog trainer because we weren't sure how to handle the situation. If we had an in person trainer, we knew Vino would not respond well to that because she was still so scared around us, so we looked around online and came across SamIvy. At first, I was a little skeptical of online dog training, but once we had the consultation with Sam, I knew it was the right decision. Right off the bat he answered so many of our questions, gave us recommendations, and reassured us that after the training program, Vino would be a completely different dog - and he was right! Our trainer, Treena, was INCREDIBLE!!!! She knew exactly how to help us train Vino in a way that built trust, yet still set boundaries. She answered all of our many questions and encouraged us, when at times, we felt like Vino's progress was plateauing. She helped us understand the mind of a dog and how best to tackle certain situations so that Vino's scaredness didn't turn into aggression later on. When we would practice commands with Vino, Treena would take the time to ensure we knew how to do the command properly before the end of the session. Treena's expertise, passion, attention to detail, and positive attitude, truly made all the difference in Vino's transformation. I would recommend SamIvy to ANYONE and EVERYONE! It is worth every penny. They have the program and structure down to a science, and as long as you put the time in with your dog, the results are truly unbelievable!!! Thank you SamIvy and thank you Treena!!! Image 1 and 2 before SamIvy training - hiding places for sometimes 12 to 14 hours. Images 3, 4, and 5 after SamIvy training - happy as can be, not scared or aggressive!
