We signed up our 6 month old lab, Lily, in the midst of COVID after a recommendation from a family member. Lily had a lot of energy and was very difficult to train on our own. I am so grateful for Gina at Sam Ivy. Training a puppy can be incredibly frustrating, but Gina brought me patience and understood my frustration when training. Our virtual training meetings were very convenient and I felt like each time I logged on, our trainer was right there in our home with us. Lily is so much more well behaved now. Whenever I do come across a problem at home, I think "What would Gina do?" and go back to the triangle she taught us to use. I only wish I could hug her and thank her for all her help!

We reached out to Sam Ivy because we were having some issues disciplining our brand new puppy, Audrey. Plus as a first time dog owner, I had no idea what I was doing. Our Sam Ivy consultant, Thuy, came in a quickly taught us basic skills to enforce discipline. The TRIANGLE works like a charm. Within a couple sessions, Audrey was a new dog and we were easily able to get her to follow basic commands. I highly recommend Sam Ivy and Thuy. She is very passionate about what she does and gives you lots of tips and tricks to help you develop a good relationship with your pup.

I would like to extend a huge thank you to Sam Ivy and his amazing trainer, Gina for molding my Willow into an obedient girl. If you are looking for a great company, Sam Ivy is the place. Sam has invested time into his staff to make sure they are properly trained to help you and your dog become a perfect team. Our trainer, Gina has patients with both the dog and owner to ensure great success. She helps guide you and reinforces training With positive feedback. My dog and I clicked quite well with her from the beginning. The importance of a great trainer is having common grounds and someone who loves dogs. I consider Gina a dog whisperer. In the beginning when I was starting out I had moments that I had trouble getting down a few Exercises but she stepped right in and magic happened. She came in to our lives when Willow was 4 months old. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our training was postponed until the Sam Ivy’s team could collaborate with the community through zoom. That was an easy and perfect way to continue our program and to keep Willow on track. My experience was a humbling and perfect success story. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for obedience and a great journey such as mine. Thank you, Gina for your patients and dedication to our family.
