Using Sam Ivy was the best investment we could’ve made. Our pit mix was very aggressive toward men, would nip at men, and he would bark incessantly; he just wouldn’t listen well in general. He would bark at other dogs, bark at anyone who came in the house, would jump on the couch and would pull when we walked him. We were at a loss for what to do but came across Sam Ivy on Google We were lucky enough to have had Jackie as our trainer - she did an amazing job helping us and our dog! She gave us the best tools and advice and was there for every question we had. Our pup is no longer barking, he has less anxiety, and has just been an overall MUCH better dog. He doesn’t jump on the couch, he respects guests, and he has really transformed into a happier and well behaved dog. We could not recommend Jackie and this company more!! Definitely worth it for you and your pup.

Joel with Sam Ivy is amazing! He took our crazy Chesapeake Bay Retriever pup and helped us turn her into the best service dog in town in less than 3 months! She goes everywhere with us even when we fly! He worked with us and our little kids. Even they can now walk her without any pulling!

I chose Sam Ivy K9 based on their reviews to correct my rescued dog extreme barking behavior. The day of his evaluation he barked for about 45 min. He is a stray dog rescued from the streets, apparently never lived in a house, and was abused to the point that his tongue was completely cut off. Jewelle was our wonderful trainer and from the first interaction she was able to calm our dog. She knew exactly how to deal with the issues that we presented to her. She was very knowledgeable and I can say that I have a complete different dog now. He is calm, respond to basic commands and does not bark at every car or person that passes our street. He learned how to walk on leash and going out with him is more enjoyable.
