I seriously cannot express how much I LOVED our trainer and new friend Alexis!!!!! She seriously is such an amazing hardworking and dedicated human being and always made all the time in the world for us.
Our dog Oliver was a sweet boy but was having some issues with dominance and knowing his place in the house hold, especially with our mother-in-law. Once our training started, in just 10 short session our dog has transformed into a loving and thoughtful Aussie ❤️
Alexis made sure that everyone in the household knew the responsibilities of stepping up to the plate and that nobody could slack off. And it really showed through how she ran each session! Right when we first met we all instantly clicked and it felt like we have been friends for years!!! I feel like fate brought us together!! Oliver absolutely loves Alexis and our honorary dog trainee ol girl Sasha instantly perked up whenever she came for a session.
I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done and your thoughtful gifts on our last day! I still cry every time I can’t say enough good things about the proper pack behavior and Alexis! Thank you for putting up with our dramatic diva of a dog!!

Sam Ivy K9 was just what we needed for our stubborn English bulldog who had issues with walking, potty, and jumping to name a few. Alexis, our excellent trainer, was patient, focused and professional throughout the process. After working with Alexis, my dog and I can successfully and confidently walk together, sit at outdoor restaurants, meet other dogs at the park, watch squirrels run past without pulling , jumping and begging. Our dog has recently graduated from Sam Ivy K9 school and we would recommend this program and Alexis to anyone.

Ryan is a great trainer, our dog Herman loved her. She is very professional and patient with dogs, and our lab is not the easiest one to deal with. Herman made such a great progress!!! Thank you Ryan!!

I can’t say enough good things about trainer Alexis at Sam Ivy K-9 Consultants! She helped us easily transform our year old cockapoo even while we were caring for a newborn at home. Within a couple weeks, our dog stopped crying and barking, and our home has been calm ever since. Our dog also learned to go to her dog bed on command and will stay there until we tell her to leave which can be as long as two hours! Alexis came to our home three times per week for four weeks. She was always on time, had a flexible schedule, and knew just what to suggest to curb our dog’s poor behaviors. I highly recommend Alexis for anyone considering dog training.
