Best exam we've ever had. Dr. does it all which is great. Staff is super friendly, caring and not pushy selling glasses and contacts. Answered all my questions and concerns that I had. Even learned things that no other place ever told me. Kudos to them all.

Excellent customer service! I have been a patient since 2008. Dr. Uong has addressed all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction and after leaving I always feel that I have received the best quality eye care. I've never had an issue scheduling appointments and have not had to wait for months on end for one either. Purpose of my visits: annual routine eye exams, multiple eye infection issues (scary stuff! Glad to say I haven't had one in over a year now), eyeglass frames and lenses purchases (they always seem to have a nice, updated, stylish selection of the higher-end brand frames, and also have budget friendly frames available). One of the things I like most is their equipment for one of the routine eye tests that is different from other eye places I've been to in the past - it doesn't blow air into your eyes! The receptionist who I believe is his sister is also friendly and personable and goes out of her way to make sure you are helped. I feel that my eyes receive the best professional care here.

The office staff was truly exceptional - warm, accommodating, and eager to assist. Regrettably, the same cannot be said for the doctor. Throughout our appointment, he exuded an air of annoyance and impatience, as if our presence was an unwelcome intrusion on his precious time. His responses to our inquiries were vague and unsatisfactory, leaving us feeling unheard and dismissed. Making new appointments in some other office.
