The Covid pandemic gave me an opportunity to stop the distractions
and focus on my personal journey. Working with my coach George, I learned to appreciate my strengths and the value that I contribute. Having someone provide focus and walk me through my work history so that I could find the right fit in a future role has been enlightening. I was given real tools not just theories which are helping me move forward on my career path.

A person in HQ who walked me through the programme. 2 days after I signed up for a 7 session programme. My coach is Garen Jemian and it was perfect. We connected straight away, I felt so comfortable with him since minute 1. I loved his positive , enthusiastic supportive attitude. He was able to read me and see what I needed and focus on my weaknesses. He’s very knowledgable, very observant and respectful. We had the same goals in mind and he was flexible enough to change
them on the go as I needed more help on a certain topic. For instance, the day we should have practised my interview I was going to discuss my salary with my CEO and I needed a strategy so we went over all the scenarios. It gave me the confidence and strength I needed for that conversation. I didn’t get all I wanted but I felt very proud on how I handled it (thanks Garen). I got other things that I was not counting on thanks to Garen’s strategy but he gave me the most important thing empowerment and clarity to see my and goals .I didn’t get the salary I wanted and think I should have, but I was able to negotiate in a very strong way. Thanks to Garen’s sessions I was able to focus on my next step and started looking for a job which me to look for a job landed an interview in 48 hours.
The whole team is really professional and supportive. I have finished my sessions with a completely different mindset. I would highly recommend this company to anyone feeling stuck in their career or just wanting to prepare for negotiating positions and salaries or to start job hunting.

If you have a student in your life that isn’t sure what learning path to take this is for them. Her coach was able to help her identify her interests and skill set to point her in the right direction schooling wise. This gave her the confidence to decide on which program and university to apply to. Most importantly, her coach really cared.
