While fitting the rear passenger wind down window the tint would not take to the glass even though I cleaned it went on but wound window down and it came off tried again but it destroyed it the widow strip is very tight can’t get the film past it so not good for me French car hay

Having bought a tint for the rear window of my VW camper disappointed that I continued to get finger air pockets appearing all round the edges despite repeatedly apply heat directly and following the instructional video on the website. Personally would not recommend 😔 Waste of money and time

No mention of the tint not sticking to the dot matrix edge of the windows on the videos or web page. I called to ask how to fix this. Was told it cannot be fixed and that is how it is. It gives the tint a really poor finish as all the edges are lifted.

The tints supplied where good quality and fitted my vehicle well, the lower star rating is for the customer service. I had a scratch in one of the small rear panel, and after two emails and a call I gave up waiting for a response and just fitted the defected material.

Horrible experience with this company, first batch was marked with a bit of tint missing in the middle and still proceeded to send it out to me, then sent a replacement, that one however was poor quality material and now they choose to ignore my messages, don’t waste your time / money guys, very unprofessional 😡

honestly wouldn't recommend has taken weeks and 3/4 attempts to get order right.just mess up after mess up.no offer of partial refund or owt just a free quid thing of slime that they even missed to send and had to send seperate

Terrible. Item arrived and there was a missing item. Emailed customer services, still no reply! Also sent two of the same rear windows, so we couldn’t tint the other window due to the sticky side of the tint obviously being on the wrong side! Awful experience all round!

This review is based solely off the pre cut, self tint option.
While it’s clear that the service provided on site is highly rated on here, I would advise against anyone who wishes to tint their own windows.
The videos on their site give you a false sense of security that it is easy and a quick job.
After an hour prep on all my windows, the application of the rear qtr glass and passenger rear was extremely difficult. Despite watching their videos I was left with a number of ‘fingers’ and the trim in my vehicle made accessing the corners difficult. This caused creasing and damage.
After watching ‘Tint School’ on you tube, I picked up some better and clearer advice however it was still tough and jobs like this are better left to the pros.
I re ordered the 2 windows that I ‘fluffed’ and despite being what I deem a competent works man, still had the same issues and more so when it came to the tailgate which was an absolute disaster.
The original order and replacements came in good time and were packaged well. One of the replacements was wrong but I haven’t followed this up as I’ve admitted defeat.
So best part of £100 wasted on tint, tools and replacements. Just go and get it done properly.

What a dreadful experience. The tint they sent was so cheap it tore and creased all over the place.
I contacted them for help but they completely refused. Utter rip off and awful customer service.

Ordered full set of tints, upgraded to the premium ones too.
Wrong tints sent out to me, the guys where very responsive and sent the correct ones out.
I applied the small rear corner tints fine as a practice, then came to the rear side windows. Tints were about an inch and half too wide for the window, after 45 minutes of struggling and trying to push bubbles out, I gave up. In the bin.
Spent £70 on rear corner tints, life lesson learnt. Don’t do your own tints.

my son ordered window tint for his car and the wrong ones have been sent. He's emailed and got no response at all. A complete waste of money. Would never recommend anyone to purchase from here!

ordered tints for my mazda 6 which is advertised (7 piece) and what I have received is not for my car ...been told I cant get a refund as I opened it ...well how am I ment to.k ow if its wrong or not without opening it

Unfortunately can not recommend. Product did not fit my windows (Disco 3) and not as easy to fit as per the video for Joe Bloggs public. Even more difficult to fit when having to cut down during application! Save your pennies and save up to get a professional job done Without the hassle.
