The tints did not fit my car properly. Sections were ripped. The film arrived creased and just looked pants. I would not recommend using.

I received my delivery a week early, which is brilliant. However upon inspection found I had been sent two rear drivers side films not a drivers side and passenger's side. I have made contact and am awaiting a reply, I'm sure this is just an honest mistake and once this issue has been rectified to my satisfaction I shall be more than happy to change my recommendation.
*UPDATE*
After my initial email I had an incredibly speedy response, only took about an hour and a half to get everything rectified. Very happy with the service.

‘Pre-cut’ films didn’t fit my windows. Slow response via email, no apology, given a refund but not for the fitting kit that I purchased. Wouldn’t bother again, poor level of customer service.

I can't fault the delivery speed and the customer service to some levels however:
1) The reviews logo on the site doesn't link to here and instead to a page with their own curated reviews.
2) The film did have slight damage to it but I thought It'd be fine. I would say my DIY level is above average and the windows were triple cleaned (Once with pressurewasher a week before, once with soap and washing up liquid a few days before and once with the "tint slime" on day of application). However it creased really easily and didn't seem to come out with the heatgun.
3) The only instructions on the sites are videos that make the job look really easy and simple cut down to 3 minutes. I would have been interested to have seen even their professional do it on a full video to see how much time it would actually take. The paper instructions were much more detailed but recommended I'd need to remove multiple bits of trim in my car. If I knew this I wouldn't have ordered.
So overall I failed doing it and wasted £40. Was this because I'm not experienced enough? I'm not sure, but then if it's where you're good enough at doing it every time first try then I doubt you'd buy pre cut windows and instead buy rolls and cut it yourself.
Just going to pay a professional to do it themselves which isn't a lot more expensive in terms that it could be another 2-3 attempts at DIY before perfecting it.

Very expensive for the quality, yes they are pre cut which helps a lot but crease easily, followed the instructions and watched the videos and the back windows went on fine. The rear window creased when heated so have thrown it in the bin. Will pay the extra next time and take it to a professional to do.

Received tint off these guys. Was cut correct shape, but far too big, reallt low quality doesnt stick either. When I asked why, they said that all of there pre cut tint comes 10-20mm oversized, well that isn't precut at all isnit if I have to cut it to make it fit. Huge lack of empathy when trying to find a solution over the phone. Get your tints done professionally not worth the headache of trying install this low quality tint.

Absolutely gutted. I was excited to get these tints for my Hyundai i20. They arrived early but unfortunately when the tints started to go on the smaller tints for the fixed windows on the side they didn't fit. When you put it correctly to shape at the top it was to short for the bottom of the window and vice a versa. The sheet is also very thin. So so disappointed, will never buy these again.

Rear windows for my X-Trail were incorrect size and shape. The rear tailgate film had pin holes in it and some faint cut marks in the centre.
I'd send photos in for a refund but it was such a joke I binned them.
Bought Solar Plexius panels instead and I'll never go back to tint film. Go check them out and save yourself the hassle of being sent incorrect products.

Do not buy. Poor quality abs sent the wrong items. Just advised me to purchase more items. Really? Buy half price from amazon as it's the same quality.

As a lot of the 1 star reviews say, this is a poor quality film. I've tinted windows before and it's nearly always a slightly thicker soft flexible type plastic film. I'm finding it hard to describe but this tint is very flimsy and creases and wrinkles so easily. It's like the clear plastic wrapping on a bouquet of flowers.
Terrible value for money considering the price and how cheap the film is.
I'm not looking for my money back. I want nothing to do with this company and have had enough of my time wasted.
