Navigating the GTA real estate market in 2021 as a first time home buyer can be an overwhelming experience. I can confidently say that we would have been in over our heads without Irina and Alex. Dealing with multiple offer situations, short close times, houses being bought preemptive on the first day of listing ect ect. Was very discouraging. But they put in the leg work to keep the process enjoyable and ultimately lead us to the right decision both from a financial perspective, and for a home our family can grow into.
