The best agents I have ever worked with. They have a lot of experience, a lot of resources, and they are very responsible! Their price is not the cheapest but it definitely deserves! Buying or selling, you should do it with The Galevska Team. We had Irina and Alex sell my mom’s townhouse and couldn’t be happier with the results and the execution. The approach and strategy, advice, marketing, communication, negotiation - everything was unbelievable. We had 96 showings and sold way, way over asking and way over my wildest and, what I thought was, totally unrealistic expectations.

I used Iryna and Alex to both sell my condo and buy a new one and in both instances I received caring and professional service that far exceeded what I've experienced with real estate agents in the past. Iryna listened to my needs and goals and the timeframe that I needed to be working with.
The staging (looked so good I almost wanted to reconsider selling!), marketing and sales strategy for selling my condo were top notch and very effective and we sold for 9% over asking while setting a new record high price for a unit in my building. Iryna and Alex definitely showed that doing the best job for me was their paramount concern.
They also had good advice on areas to buy in that I hadn't considered and were really helpful in finding the best place for my requirements and budget. I viewed a lot of units with both Iryna and Alex and they were both really good at knowing where to look for possible issues or pointing out advantages of one place over another. They also have a lot of connections for renovating and remodeling your place.

In my life I’ve sold several homes and I believed one real estate agent was the same as the next as long as I negotiated down the commission. Boy was I wrong.
Iryna and Alexander came in like a world wind. They told me what furniture could stay and what had to go in order to make my property look it’s best. They then helped to clean it and brought in beautiful wall pictures and rugs and accessories so it became more attractive. In addition they had the condo professionally measured so a proper plan could be drawn up as well as having the most beautiful photographs taken. By the time they were finished I didn’t want to leave.
They combined all of this with a marketing plan that got me attention I never thought possible. Using social media and brochures they created a frenzy that brought 6 possible offers and 2 real ones on the first day. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed and involved on a daily basis. My place sold well over asking.
I will recommend them to everyone I meet and must say I was blown away by their professionalism. Thank you guys.
