Chad is very handsome and smart. It goes a long way on a webinar where you cannot see him..lol.. Chad has an open disarming way to connect with Sellers helping them solve challenges they face with probate. I don't think there is anyone better than Chad who speaks to sellers. As far as the program, All The Leads, gives you all the resources, has well written letters and focuses on helping you help the seller in whatever situation they are facing in regards to probate situations.

It's difficult to express the potential benefits of this program. The financial potential is huge and of course one of the drivers. Chad not only taught me about Probate but gave me a glipse into other areas such as investing and financing. He was very patient and did not rush anyone. Chad's laid back delivery and abundant knowledge made this class interesting and easy to follow. It's a lot of information at once but he does send the recordings and written bullet point materials afterwards. Great learning tool for diving into a new segment of real estate service. I plan to join in monthly to continue to learn even more.
