What comes across in addition to your knowledge is that you genuinely care about the people that you are helping. You look for ways to help problem solve and I think that is the secret to your success. People sense when someone is looking to make income vs when you are more interested in their outcome. Your training provides a lot of real life examples in addition to the well designed systems that you have put in place and are willing to share. In addition to your vast knowledge and experience is your concern for the "people factor" making it about them and how important it is to help them wrap up what could be the most painful experience of their life.

It was like sitting next to Sir Issac Newton when the apple hit his head. And then saying duh what took me so long. Chad has shown me that you must have and believe in your USP. If your only asking about the property you become everyone else...and we are not everyone else calling. We bring a lot more to the table. Before I was like every other Real Estate agent (me,me,me) not anymore. I have probably blown around $200K in commissions, flips and wholesales. I will be tracking sales since taking Probate Mastery.
