Ordered the tent and other items on the Friday and it was delivered the next Monday in Viictoria. I don't think you can beat that for service. Everything was in order when unpacked, so we have no problems whatsoever in recommending Tentworld for online camping shopping. We actually found it easier than trying to buy from the big camping retailers.

Purchased a number of items thru Tentworld over the past few summers. Service is excellent and gear delivers. Just tested our new Jet Tent BUNKERS. Wow!!! Fantastic. The first perfect night sleep beach camping ever. The wife is very happy. Previously we've tried swags, tents in various forms but the Bunkers are the best. 2 minute setup and 2 minute pack down. We actually added the Black Wolf Mega Deluxe self inflating mattresses. Also purchased the Coleman Gladiator stove. Stove totally delivered. Worked perfectly in windy conditions and heated up cooking mint.

We purchased a Darche Roof Top Tent and it came by courier within a couple of days. We are located in the Central Tablelands of NSW. Tentworld were cheaper than any local supplier and even with paying the freight we still saved over $100.00.
Extremely happy with the service and will shop there again. Highly recommended.

I firstly purchased 2 Waeco coolers which were appealing because they were at the most competitive of prices. I then decided to purchase some OZ tent camping chairs which ranged in price from @$75 to $140. At the time Tentworld's price was quite reasonable but not the lowest. I contacted them by phone and as soon as I quoted the competitor's lower price, they matched this deal immediately. They were happy to do the deal and I suspect they didn't make a lot of money out of it as it included delivery from Qld to NSW. I would not hesitate to deal with them next time because of their positive and friendly attitude. The products arrived in good time and in great condition. Great work Tentworld and thank you for your excellent customer service.

Wow...so many Tents and so much Camping Gear. I recommend if you have a Camping need...go here. They have some good gear here and are very helpful. Unlike Anaconda or BCF they specialise only in Camping and Camping accessories so if you intend to go Camping..this is the place to find it.

Initially was disappointed with the lack of customer service - was not greeted or approached by a salesperson for 25 -30mins. Helpful once I asked an employee for assistance with carrying a tent, and ultimately got a very good deal on a tent, some chairs, air matressess and a few other odds and ends. Reasonably priced with a decent range of products though the customer service needs work.
