Great local camping supplies shop stocks all you need for your outdoor break. Always friendly staff, heaps of parking as it's opposite a park. So glad we have this in North ipswich.

Bought a couple of things a few months ago and after using them a couple of times I found the products were faulty from the manufacturing process. Took them back & Tentworld Ipswich happily exchanged the products for me right there and then! Great store, Huge range and Excellent customer service! Have bought all of our gear here over the years and will continue to do so. Big thumbs up!

My wife bought a Coleman gazebo from Tent world in early October. During the process of erecting the gazebo a strong wind blew the structure over causing damage to the shade cover and poles. After speaking with Adam from Tentworld about our situation he rung Coleman and arranged for us to swap our damaged gazebo for a BRAND NEW one. We were amazed at this result especially as we were at fault according to our warranty. Very impressed with the customer service. Will definitely be returning for any of our camping/outdoor needs.
