My husband and I have been car shopping for months and finally stopped at Garber Hyundai about a month ago. Stephen Klein was extremely personable and helpful without being pushy. Our intention was to purchase one car now and one later in the year, but after driving a few different models, we were sold on Hyundai. Stephen kept working diligently trying to get cars in for us to make final decisions. Yesterday I became the owner of a Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. My husband has a Tucson hybrid coming in about a week! I recommend Garber Hyundai and especially Stephen Klein as a salesperson.

I was lied to about my lights being fixed. After I paid for a new battery that I was told would fix the problem, I was then told I need to pay $318 for a repair they wouldn’t guarantee. Was also told it would be a $4k fix altogether smh.

BUYER BEWARE! I went to the Hyundai store on Bay Rd today to look at a 2022 Hyundai Palisade, but before going I called to make sure it was still available, which I was told it was. I met with Kaylee Spears who has only been selling cars for four months. After looking at the vehicle (the Sticker Price was just over 35k), I asked to take it for a test drive. But before we got that far I asked if there were any additional HIDDEN charges in which she told me all vehicles that come in are installed with Paint and Fabric protection that costs an additional $2,995, something that costs the dealership $139. Once I told her this wasn’t happening she told me the car was sold and didn’t let me test drive it! This is an example of how dealerships exploit their customers for the shortage of vehicles. They take advantage of the unsuspecting during difficult times. Dick Garber would be rolling in his grave!

Not very happy, car repairs estimate $2600 seem excessive and parts don't even come in for another 2 weeks which leaves me a total time of about 3 weeks without a vehicle. Then, they don't even have a loaner for me they have the nerve to offer a car i can rent for $35 a day! $2600 approx 20 days at $35 a day?? Who has that kind of money? I don't know any other dealership that would try to milk a customer like that. UPDATE 4/9/22 Tried calling Brian Rousse and he was unavailable, on vacation. Have not received a call back. My vehicle STILL isn't repaired and as of Monday (this is the weekend when I'm writing) they will have now had my car for 3 days short of a full month. Have offered nothing but excuses the whole time they have had my vehicle and have certainly not gone out of their way to do me any favors. I will NOT be giving this dealership my business in ANY form ever again. Will be notifying Hyundai about this dealership.

Took it in today for hood latch recall, free oil change and headlight replacement because of the lawsuit for replacements because the lens gets cloudy and lights get dim. they decided my headlights weren't bad enough for them even though they are all cloudy and hard to see at night, supposed to get free car wash with service, didn't get washed.
