Purchased a new car in December 2019. Dealership has had us re-sign our loan paperwork twice due to their errors. Still don't have an account through Nissan. Last month Garber had us write the monthly payments to them directly. They've cashed them. Today I received a notice my credit has dropped 23 points becuase I'm in default with Nissan Fianancial. I even have a letter from Garber stating it is their error and assuring it is not a problem. Mustafa is a fraud!

I was from out of state trying to get a service on my altima. they said it would be a month to fix the tranny. I bought a new car and two days later my car was magically fixed. when I got the new car back to ND I couldn't register it because they didn't fill out the certificate of origin and gave me a duplicate odometer paper which the dmv wouldn't accept. they said they would overnight it and after 4 days I called and they lost the original. they were rude on the phone so with one day left on the dealer plate I drove the 1300 miles back and gave them back the car. they said they wouldn't take it even thought the sales guy said I had 30 days. I left the car anyway. slimeyest place I have ever walked into. smile in your face as they are putting daggers in your back. Buyers pleasenbeware!

Start by following up with customers who been without their car for over a month because it’s in your service department. I was told a manager would start following up with me and that was a week ago. “ haven’t heard a word” I just bought my wife a car from you guys in the summer and was planning to upgrade my secondary vehicle, the way my situation is being handled makes me want to take my business elsewhere. I paid you guys when you claimed the car was fixed and that was never the case. If you can’t fix my vehicle, honesty goes a long way. Also, it would be wise to fix a current vehicle before trying to place me in a new vehicle.

The service is great, but they’re always swamped no matter the time of day. It’s a minimum of 2 hours for anything. The experience is great, as long as you’re not in a hurry
