Oh my goodness I cannot tell you what a weight that's just been lifted off of my shoulders I just spoke with Victor Victor is wonderful he helped me understand the process of the debt relief program he helped me set up an account with them he helped me pull up and open up the account so that I can see where all the numbers plugged in and it would make sense to me he showed me how much money I would be saving he explained how the savings would work and what money would go to where after whichever date he helped me download my contracts he helps me set up an account with Adobe Acrobat so that I could download my contracts and print them he's just wonderful he went through everything with me step-by-step one by one read me the entire contract yes it was a little bit time-consuming but he just saved me over $3,000 so I would say a few extra minutes was worth it again I just cannot say enough about this gentleman he knows his job he does it well he didn't procrastinate he jumped right in with both feet and got me taken care of did everything while I was on the phone did it in one phone call and that says a lot right there
