Carlos was amazing !!! He patiently listened to me talk about my situation and how I got there. He went over my options and explained what would be the best solution for me. He went over in detail what I needed to do and what to expect going forward. Needless to say I felt very relieved when our conversation was over and lucky that Carlos was the specialist I got to work with.
