Alexander Gonzalez was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient, knowledgeable and informative. I'd have to say, the thought of going into this dreadful process was overwhelming but Alexander did a great job understanding where I stood financially and knowing how to eased the process for me. He knew the program very well and gave me tips and some great advice.
