Mr. Brandon Gellman from start to finish made me feel at ease. I never felt confused even though I was hesitant. He kept all information clear and concise and answered all questions willingly. He painted a great picture of where I am and where I want this situation to go with how we could get there. I left the phone call feeling a weight being lifted and I'm happy to start this journey.
