Ramesh Francis was outstanding. He explained the entire process and how the program works. He went through all of the documents with me and walked with me during the entire online account access and set up. The system is having issues and requires 24 hours to complete set up. Ray stated he will be calling me back tomorrow , I am so grateful for all of his assistance and he made me feel very comfortable during this entire process, It's a great change to interact with a person that really cares and respects the customer.
