Since i just started the program i can only speak on the experience with the agent assigned to me, Fatimah. She broke down everything i needed to know clearly and kept checking in on me to make sure i understood the process. She was extremely helpful and kind during the entire interaction. Financial struggle is a sensitive and at times embarrassing thing to happen. Fatimah was professional and made me feel secure with my trubles.
