Brittney Graham was the Rep I worked with and she was absolutely amazing! The problem with speaking to people regarding my hardship previously was that I always felt "judged". I don't know why I decided to answer the email and see what they had to say, but I'm glad I did. The agent was very knowledgeable and friendly. For what I was paying a month on one loan, which was basically just interest, NDR will help me payoff all of my old debts. Thank you for your help in letting me see the light at the end of a tunnel I thought would never end.
