Jeffrey patiently explained the ramifications of having over 10 accounts in collections and more than three high-interest Payday Loans. He helped me understand and come to grips with the fact that I would be stuck in a cycle of recurring debt probably for the rest of my life if I continued to deal with my finances the way I had. He made sure to schedule several follow-up calls to answer any questions I had throughout the process.
