Recently (today) I had the honor and privilege to meet and get positive feedback from Jacob. As an elderly woman of 87 with most of my life behind me, he encouraged me when I was on the lowest rung to pick my head up and get on with my life. He also gave me helpful advice much the same as I attempt to give my 11 yr old g’son when he is miserable from bullies at school. Doubt if the company can clone Jacob, but he is one of the employees that deserves to be praised. Grateful client, Jean Lun Thornell
