I was completely anxiety ridden to make this call, I thought, they won't be able to help me. I was wrong!! Freddy made the experience pleasurable with all of the silly questions I had, he was more than patient with me and I appreciate it so much. From start to finish took about an hour or so, after the first few minutes, I was at ease. Thank you!!
