When I spoke with Angus McCulloch over the phone, I was pleasantly surprised at his demeanor. He has a pleasant, friendly tone. He explained everything well, answered my questions, and was patient with me as I was busy trying to let my dog out. He also listened to all I had said, including some reservations about the program.
