I woke up this morning feeling I had no choice but to give up; feeling I can't go another day, another minute in this financial jail I've been in with no way out. By accident, I met David Lam. I cannot say enough. For the first time, I felt he sincerely, empathetically, and honestly wanted to help me. With all the negativity going on, he was someone whom I could finally trust.
