I recently spoke to an officer (Mr.Barry H.) about debt relief , and I was very satisfied with the experience. B. H. was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my options without making me feel pressured. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciate how respectful and understanding he was, especially giving how how stressful financial debt situations can be for older people.
