Very clear and concise, went WAY WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to explain all the little details and help me understand the ins and outs of my credit, creditors, collections everything. I see a lot of reviews where they feel it’s a scam but if you’re so down bad you need debt relief or a loan this option helps you in the LONG run
