My husband and I had been struggling with locating a leak that was said to be happening on our property, multiple companies including Hawthorne Plumbing stated that the leak was entirely to small to be located. Although, no one was able to located the leak, Hawthornes technician was willing to walk us through the various reasons for this, solutions to the problem and an overall understanding of the entire process that would take place. Additionally, the technician showed genuine concern for our predicament and gave his honest opinion while providing an estimate that was financially doable. They were quick and showed genuine concern.

Hot water heater flush and check. Very professional. No mess. Provided clear explanation beforehand. Technician id and photo provided prior, too. I used Groupon. No hard upsell at all. Will consider using company again to install a tankless water heater. Great price and warranty quoted. I do recommend Hawthorne Plumbing/Heating & AC.

I now am with Hawthorne about 14-15 years! I guess that shows that I am completely and totally satisfied with my Hawthorne crew as HVAC specialists. I have had no other company perform work in my home other than Hawthorne. Not only is the staff of technicians above EXCELLENT, but there is also the cleanliness, uniform wearing licensed and insured work people, but also they know me and my needs. I just had Thomas do my annual A/C tune off - btw - I purchased the three condensers from them a few years ago, but they are so respectful and competent I'd rate them as the best in LV Valley and surrounding areas! I also met briefly the day before with Nick, a newcomer to the team as of almost a year ago, who came to remove an old HALO - water treatment - system. He is a fine, personable and great addition! Thank you, Heather, who is always there for me and of course, Angel, who is the boss man of this incredible team of pro HVAC people. When you need only the BEST - you should always contact HAWTHORNE - even if you have a home warranty plan - in the end, you'll be happier with the service, installation of necessary improvements/repairs/upkeep, of this firm! I salute you all and the bottom line is that I only trust Hawthorne with any of my HVAC needs. Hawthorne is AWESOME!
