What a relief to get same-day sevice--hot water heater went out and needed to be replaced. Called it in about 11am, tech came out 2pm, new one installed by 5pm :)

The workers were very good however the first water heater they put in leaked had to install a second one. The price was at least double what I ever expected. Hard to believe a water heater could be $4000 nowadays, doesn’t make any sense. My home warranty only reimbursed less than half of what I paid. Hard to ever recommend a company with such high prices.

I had discovered that my garage had turned into a pool overnight, the 2 year old water heater that they'd installed had failed (not due to their workmanship); this was around 5:45am, they had a tech out by 9:00, and the replacement was installed and ready to go by around 2:00pm. All in all, aside from the stress from the cleanup, it was an overall good experience. They even hauled off an old water softener that came with the house free of charge! Definitely keeping them on standby!
