The technician arrived on time. HVAC Technicisn, Thomas Lopez, conducted himseg professionally. He was astute & confident with his assessment of what was wrong wih the unit and provided options to fix it. In 2 days. He came back to do the suggested repairs, which were done efficiently, and completed it in no time. I am very pleased with the service that he provided. Outstanding service by Jake and he cleared 4 separate clogs (2 sinks, 2 toilets) including redoing the faulty job by another plumbing company. Jake was pleasant and professional, as well as cleaning up the workspaces. This place is great. Contacted them on a Sunday, said they would send out a technician out on Monday (wasn’t urgent). Someone called me first thing on Monday to touch base and let me know that they would text me when a technician would be on their way. Gave me a window of 10-2. And he came around 1130. Nicholas was super professional, chill, and explained everything really well. Completed my job in less than 30 minutes and everything works great! They also give a 30 day warranty to their work at no additional charge which is really awesome as well. Will definitely use them again if something pops up!

The plumber was right on time and inspected the lines , however the clog had cleared before he arrived , he ran the fixtures and checked the clean outs to verify it was draining proper and there was no charge , Hawthorne was recommended by a family member that was also pleased with there work I will use them in the future

We originally called when the Lowe's installation guys couldn't hook up our new fridge to the water line. Hawthorne sent out Mike to help. Took him less then 5 mins to have everything hooked up and working great. Mike was so helpful we scheduled a second service call to have him install our new RO water filtration system. There were some issues with the system we ordered and he had to come back a third time to finish the install after the issue was remedied. All the while, Mike was amazingly patient, helpful, professional, and friendly. We even waited 2 weeks for the final appointment while Mike was out sick, we trusted him and were happy to wait for him to recover. Hawthorne offered to send a second tech but we wanted to wait for Mike. When the dust cleared Mike had done a wonderful job! He even took time to walk us through some stuff in the house we just bought that we.werent familiar with, being from the east coast. I can say with all honesty, I've never been happier with a Service company. Hawthorne is great, and Mike is fabulous. We are very pleased.
