Love that these look like perfect diamonds without the ethical problems, or huge price tag. I’ve been married 12 years and have white gold and diamond jewelry that I wear daily, and appreciate being able to switch up my rings for fun on occasion without having to spend a lot, plus non blood diamonds are actually super hard to find.
I did have problems with my first set, after several wears they did turn black. At first I was offered the lifetime warranty, which is $20 to mail in and repair the rings, which I hadn’t been wearing for very long. Paying 20% of the cost of the jewelry for “maintenance” wasn’t acceptable to me, so I reached out and the company did replace them. I recommend this jewelry, but If you have your rings for less than a year with minimal wear and they turn black or show heavy wear, def ask them for a replacement and don’t settle for a $20 fee on jewelry you just bought.
The replacement jewelry is holding up well so far, and I will continue to update if they have problems like the last set. Since I don’t wear them daily, I wont know for a while.
Overall I am happy with the customer service and still recommending to friends.
Would love to see solid gold bands offered in the future.
