We showed up with a group of about 30 people, with just one day's notice for the restaurant. All the staff were nothing but flexible, helpful, and welcoming, from the brief planning to the preparation and service of our delicious food. The menu is varied and interesting, with something for everyone, and all the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely planning to come back again!

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! Excellent service. Our server was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kept to all covid protocols. She constantly checked to see if we needed anything and brought our salad, appetizer and entree out separately just as we had asked. The herb hummus was fantastic and even inspired me to make the same thing at home the next evening.

True Kitchen should give a whole sliced banana with the banana pancakes considering the price.

Have been here about 4 times already and have always had the best food and experience. The meals are very delicious and unique, they introduce to lots of different flavors. They are able to accommodate your meals in any way! So far I have had the edamame dumplings, the pesto pasta, the cauliflower app, the flatbread squash app, the butternut squash soup, the margarita pizza, the sweet potato glass noodles, the teriyaki quinoa bowl & the flourless chocolate cake! Everything is amazing, especially the chocolate cake, I have to get it every time I go. As well the drinks are delicious. Our server, I believe her name is Shaiyna she also works the bar area, is truly the best. She’s so great at accommodating us, helping us choose different dishes and she is just very sweet overall! We have the best conversation with her every time we go. Thank you!

Have the best experience for our first time! Had the lasagna & the ramen. The Juniper drink was delicious and the flatbread to die for. Ask for Shana is the BEST! Super attentive and knows the entire menu. Enjoy :)

Amazing restaurant! Love the umami grass-fed burger or the seared tuna for dinner! Make sure to try the butternut squash for appetizer & the charred cauliflower, yum! So many delectable treats & a beautiful restaurant!

Soooo delicious! First time coming here with my partner and the food is super healthy and refreshing. The matcha drink really hit the spot! Our waiter was so cool and nice. I think his name was “Ness” I forgot but he is the guy with glasses and a beard. Super friendly guy and explained everything on the menu well. Will definitely be back!

This is my first time visiting True Food as I am not really looking for "healthy options" type of food when it comes to eating out :). But that being said I was very impressed with the wide variety of selections they had in both vegetarian and meat options and the way they tasted. I had the butternut squash soup and my mind was blown. Same goes for the flourless chocolate cake. If food can be tasty and its healthy then definitely a win-win right!! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for something different and healthier to eat to give it a shot. Will not disappoint.

I really enjoy coming here! The food and service are excellent, and there are so many options for everyone. The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming as well. The fall pesto pasta is a favorite of mine! The apple lemonade is also excellent, but be sure to keep in mind that the menu is purely seasonal! I would absolutely recommend this spot.

We had a wonderful experience at True Food Kitchen. I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes. Everything, -appetizers (flatbread, charred cauliflower and roasted Brussel sprouts) pizzas, panini Sunrise Bowl and desserts(squash pie, flourless chocolate cake and cookies and ice cream) Were all amazing! Brendan was a great server as well. Thanks for everything. We'll be back!
