Brand new restaurant adjacent to Menlo Park Mall. Beautiful comfortable restaurants with a large selection of cocktails. I had the rosé sangria that was great. My wife had the lassi cocktail that was also great. The menu has a natural food bent with different cultural selections. Everything was very good

The food was amazing and didn't make me feel like a complete slob kabob after. The drinks were incredible and refreshing. It was the first time my daughter actually ate her entire meal plus dessert. Which says a lot! The nicest service we've had in a very long time too. It's nice having a restaurant in the area that has a beautiful setting and healthy food. I swear if this place closes down I will have a tantrum.

Fresh and yummy dishes, waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable abt menu items. passion colada was one of the best cocktails ever!! I recommend this place especially for folks with dairy intolerance. Even the ice cream that did not contain dairy was delicious, my 5 yr old couldn't tell the difference.

Stopped here on a whim Wednesday evening. Pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was! We shared the lasagna bolognese, butternut squash pizza, and roasted Brussel sprouts. Great service, will be Back again!!

Love this place! Have been there twice and both times were great. Outstanding food. Staff and managers are very engaging. Our pleasant waitress Shay was terrific,, she took the time to go over the menu. We decided to have a driink at the bar afterwards. Carly , the bartender/ server was so friendly and engaging letting us know about specialty drinks and explaining the healthy concept behind true foods. My husband loved the drink She recommended. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely love True food kitchen! I have been meaning to try this place for a while. Today was my first time, I did Take-out . The atmosphere is amazing and the food is absolutely delicious!
The host helped me pick out the best dishes for me. I got both the Chopped salad with Steak and the Korean Noodle bowl with tofu. LOVED EVERY SINGLE BITE!
Will definitely be back to dine in next time with friends and family!
