Had organised a quote for a few split systems, booked it in but no one showed up on the day gave the office a call and was told no one is coming out today and i need to book again. very rude customer service over the phone wont be using them anytime soon.

The owner of the company Richard is extremely arrogant and has no customer service . Lack of communication and takes no responsibility for the poor service I received trying to get an aircon installed from a buisness I purchased it from . Don’t recommend. In responding to his reply the real truth was he re booked my air con and then I asked did he know that I had paid for it and he said he hadn’t been informed but he will contact them and see what’s going on and I never heard anything back so I presumed the date we picked was ok . The second one was no issue as he arranged to add that one to the booking so I’m extremely disgusted that he has turned the story around to protect his reputation
