Shocking service and a very rude young man. I had no joy from the owner either when I phoned to complain and instead he told his staff to leave, he walked out on me and never started the job, he walk out of my home after moving all my furniture in the room leaving me without an air conditioning installed or putting my heavy bedroom furniture back. I am a lady with arthritis and took time off work to be here today for the Air conditioner to be installed. I am completely appalled that the Good Guys would use this awful company to install their Air Conditioners which I have now paid them for. Worst service ever.
