This place was fantastic! I'd give it 100 stars if I could. In terms of pricing of food it's similar to lunch at applebees or TGIF.The atmosphere was so cozy and chill. The tea is so thirst quenching and the food is delicious and very healthy. The options cater to vegans and meat eaters, but overall my experience was amazing. The waiters/ waitress were lovely, the chefs amazing, the managers were so sweet and nice. Definitely would recommend a visit!

Tried the squash pizza and squash pasta. Both were equally tasty! Definitely a must try if you love healthy foods. Great seasonal food selection.

True Food Kitchen is truly the best food around. We ate so much and felt great afterwards. Starting with the delicious hummus all the way to the flourless chocolate cake...I can't say enough positive things to describe the food. On top of that, the service was top notch. From the very lovely Vi, who was an absolute charmer to Samantha, who was sweet, smart and 100% efficient. Ten stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow ! Refreshing change for a mall! Delicious healthy choices. Margarita pizza was fantastic. Kale salad also amazing and I’m not a fan of kale. I’d go back in a second.

Highly recommend. Great food that is filling, healthy and delicious. Staff was so friendly from the beginning to end. Host was very welcoming. The server Jeffrey was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave great recommendations. A must try.
