I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Garber Subaru in Webster NY. Everyone there was very professional and courteous. The facility was clean, and they had a comfortable waiting room. Chris, the service writer, was very knowledgeable and friendly and kept us updated on the progress. I was in for my 12000-mile checkup, and I also had an issue with my brakes. They took the vehicle for a test ride and diagnosed the brake issue. Once back they informed me what needed to be done to correct the brake issue and that it all would be covered under warranty. The service was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and the brakes work perfectly now. Garber has me as a customer forever. Thank You!
