Before my husband and I entered your car lot. My husband and I went to a auto lot a little down the road. The staff didn't come out to introduce themselves or acknowledge us. My husband said let's go. We entered your lot and Jeremiah walked up to us immediately and made us feel welcomed. Jeremiah asked me what am I looking for, and what is
important to me. He answered all my questions without being pushy. I felt heard. I was still shaken up from my car accident several days before. As usual the service my car received at Garber was great. The service advisor let me know what recommended service Subaru advised for my mileage but was not pushy about it which I liked. I will continue to use Garber for my Subaru’s service.
