I was looking for a vehicle online and was contacted by the Garber salesman, Adam, via text. Not pushy, just asked if he could help in any way. I asked a few questions and he answered quickly and honestly. Made arrangements for a test drive and he was open about the vehicle history. It was a pick up and Adam wanted me to be aware the truck was 2 wheel drive and not a 4 wheel drive. Again being upfront with all the nuances. Once I was ready to buy the vehicle he tried to get various credits for me. He got some and couldn’t get others but he did try. Was ready to pick up the vehicle but Adam called to inform me that a repair was needed before it would pass inspection. He was extremely apologetic for the delay.
In a few days I did pick up the vehicle and Adam was there and had me meet the business manager, Fred. We went over some options on service plans. At no time was I pressured, just shown what was available. Went over some paperwork and went back to drive off the lot. However, before I left Adam went over all the controls and various items that made the pick up perfect for my needs.
I will definitely look for a vehicle at Garber with Adam as my lead contact.
