James was absolutely fantastic. I was rather panicked bc I hit a terrible pot hole and there was no saving my tire. He was able to keep me calm knowing he was taking care of the problem with ease and that ordering a new tire would take some time but he was able to get my car fixed by EOD. Offering to give me a ride home by the shuttle service gave me such a VIP experience. That's a huge reason I will come back anytime to get work done bc he and the guy who cashed me out (far desk) and the 2 gentlemen who drove me home and picked me up - created a great experience from start to finish.
